Whats the general opinion on here about if I should use exhaust manifold Gaskets on a redone 455 engine with a set of mildly ported Ga head using of course the stock W and Z exhaust manifolds. Both heads and both manifolds appear true using a straight edge but these were not the heads using these manifolds before. Is it just as simple to put them on and not have to worry about it or will they overlap of the gasket on the port cause problems? Pictures attached.

Thanks for any opinions you may have.

They weren't required from the factory. I wouldn't use them. If the porting doesn't match up with the manifolds, you have a different problem.
