Austin area media/sand blasting?

I am looking to get 5 SSII steel rims cleaned up for primer and painting. Can anyone recommend a place? Or if you have the equipment and want to earn some money I am open to discuss an arrangement.

Please pm me.

Thanks!

Steve

Steve, try these guys. They do fine work at a reasonable cost.
Just North of 29 on 183 past Seward Junction.

They walnut blasted my 69 a few years back and they exceeded my expectations. :cool

Okay, Thanks a lot. I will try them. Called one place and they were a little pricey to sand blast. Trying to change over to 15" and get the car ready for top down driving.

I had Brooks Industrial Coatings sandblast the subframe, bumpers, inner fenderwells, radiator support etc for a non-Olds project (78 Trans Am).

They blasted 'em alright. Everything was grey metal with a noticeable "tooth" to it. Nice and clean though. I took it all home and de-greased after blasting and then sprayed it with epoxy primer. I was happy, but it was a lot of work and not cheap. They did it the week I called unlike some places that had a weeks-long wait list (read into that what you will). I'd use them again but I would be picky about what I sent to them. I think they will prime and also powder coat too.
