Any Left?
Note brown Cutlass in this photo at the 1974 Detroit auto show. My cousin bought one used in 1979 with 34k orig miles and became my first car in 1984, Based on the research I have done this Cuitlass was called a GMO and this brown one fully loaded with all options was a rare limited edition for Chicago area Olds dealers. Are there any left? I would love to have another one. Mine was well worn and went to the junkyard in 1987.

The GMO package was one of the regional RPO Y76 cars that were made up in the mid-70s. Really just a trim package on an otherwise stock Cutlass. There were a number of variations for specific geographic regions (the California Edition, the Crown Edition, the SMX Edition, etc), but the cars are all pretty much the same. Use the SEARCH function here to search for "Y76". Someone "discovers" one about every couple of months or so.

Thought the fastback body style received the slant (NASCAR) nose and the formal roof body style came with the waterfall type grilles? Not a fan of this W-25 looking aftermarket hood. Seen them on the fastback 76/77 cars and look better suited. Though, I only appreciate the W-25 hood on 70-72 cars.
