72 CS Clock help please

Have my clock out of the car and trying to repair it myself. However, try as I may cannot get the time adjust stem out. Does it somehow unthread? Is there a video demo thread for these clocks. Thanks all

Grab the stem with needle nose pliers and unscrew the ****.

Yes, but put cloth between plier jaws and stem so as not to mar stem.

Thanks all, finally got it. Who ever put it on must have been Hulk Hogan. Jeez it was tight.
