w30

I'm not sure how bad they'll be after some time and heat. But it's just plain stupid...

I've been experimenting on the redwells and had some good results. I got these from a board member and they were pretty bad.
Now, I would call them 5 footers, for a driver, or whatever... cheaper then repros.

As Forrest said, "stupid is as stupid does"
People amaze me everyday........

That was stupid

I find any time I use a service/rent/ship/buy I have to spell out every detail.
I have to ask and re ask for what I would consider is just common sense.

Hope you can save them

It's in everything you do, not just getting something packaged and shipped. I have to do the same thing when I buy tube audio equipment over the webz. Spell it out in detail, because these people have no clue how to package and ship delicate items.

Raise whatever hell and chew whatever *** you have to. There was no excuse for doing that. None.

You know to me nothing looks better than a new pair of repo red inner fender wells especially on a white, black, red or blue car but...... I'll keep my faded originals just because they say "yep, I'm faded and a bit warn but I'm original!"

A few years ago, I bought several parts on a coupon deal from a generic online auto parts retailer/drop shipper. One of those items was a thick carb gasket. It arrived folded in half, delaminated, and un-usable. I called to get a replacement. Second one arrived in a standard manilla envelope, damaged and folded probably by the post office. Just to prove a point, I kept calling for a replacement until those shipping morons got it right. Third one arrived in a box approximately 12"x12" which cost about $10 for a $2 gasket...
