70 TH350 Speedometer gear housing seals

I have the the typical leak at the speedometer cable. Need to replace the seal/s for the speedometer gear shaft and since I need to remove the gear housing, I will replace the housing O-ring. Has anyone replaced the seal/s in the housing? How do you remove the inner seal for the gear?. Best place to get them?

thanks.

Pretty much anywhere. Type TH350 speedometer seals into Google.
Dozens of sources come up, including local auto parts stores. Going rate for the kit seems to be under $15.

Thanks – The image shown above appears to be the bullet type, not the gear housing type for 70 Olds TH350. Was able to find the large housing seal with the inner seal at $10-20, I think I will keep looking to get them local, no hurry so I will see what I can find…Also I have read the plastic gear can develop a groove, so it might make sense to buy the gear too or if it prices out, a new assembly which I found them to be in $45 rang. Will see how much the parts are, shipping etc. I still would like to understand how the inner seal is removed from the housing?

thanks
