You talking about the small curved piece? Any aftermarket vendor will have them, or you should be able to find good used ones. Need to drop the bumper, and two small screws hold it on.

Or you could remove the quarter panel extension by removing the two speed nuts in the trunk, take the extension off, swap the trim, then reinstall the extension.

I bought a set from Fusicks at the Homecoming show. They appear to be decent but have not installed them yet.

The 4257/4267 extension molding is different than the moldings for the 3677/87. The fastback molding is screwed on with 2 small Phillips screws. The CS moldings are held in place with speed nuts over the mounting tabs. Note also the moldings are different sizes for the 2 different models, so you need to order the right parts. Since they're stainless, they should polish up really nice if you take them off and use jewelers rouge to buff them.

70 S & 442 don't use those quarter extensions, only the little chrome piece of trim.

I have not looked at exactly the easiest way to replace the trim, but I was hoping to get a ratcheting wrench on fasteners. I'm sure that would be to easy.

He will have to drop the bumper down to get at the 2 screws as Allen said.
Not a very good pic but you get the idea.

I was assuming it was the 70 Supreme convertible in your avatar picture and signature. If so, then yes, it uses the same extensions as the Supreme, which is the picture I linked above.

You're not wrong Adam. It is the blue car. And this is what I meant about the 2 different style of moldings. Notice the difference in mounting and design between CS and fastback. The curved deck lid moldings that wrap the tail lights are also different than the fastbacks.

Ahh, thanks for the clarification Allan. I think I may have some of 500's in my stash of parts and wondered what the heck they could fit.

I have the extensions in this picture but have the moldings with post mount will this work or do I have to locate different moldings with screw mount that have a flange on moldings with two holes for mounting if so having a hard time finding them a part # would help

Just to ensure clarity, the 70-72 Supreme (HT and convertible) extensions in the image below use the QEM500 style trim.
