68' 442 package tray.

Dan--
It's not too difficult, you just have to be careful.
First, remove the back seat. The package tray will be adhered to the metal behind the seat back (i believe)
Then, you need to remove the corner trim pieces that are in each corner nearest the rear window.
At this point, you should be able to remove it. I found that the insulation/jute beneath mine was like dust--makes an awful mess. Just be careful when lifting it.
Your sail panels edges/ends will most likely be tucked under the tray, so they shouldn't get in the way.

Thanks Tom.
I will give it a shot tonight. I have the back seat and the side panels out already.
It's really adhered to the metal behind the seat back. I guess I will just have to be very careful.
How's the car coming out?

Well, it's almost done, but still proving to be difficult. The lastest issue is getting the pulleys and a/c compressor to line up and the lack of a antenna retaining nut.
Getting there though....
