I really want somebody to say ( No! don't get that one! ) And I want someone to say " Yes get that kit!.... I am going to buy a kit this week ...but don't want to spend over a 1000....... front only ...at least 4 pistons..... can anyone way in on experience....Thanks!

I am going to give the Real Short Version:


Get a OEM disc brake setup off a 69-72 A body and it will bolt up. You need:


Spindles
Hubs
Calipers
Rotors (good to turn OEM ones are best)
Line Brackets, Caliper Bolts
Master Cylinder
Brake Booster (if power)
Proportioning valve
All the lines you can get for sizing purposes for new.


New pads, turn rotors, rebuild MC and booster, new lines, cosmetically restore for taste if you want do everything. Bolting it up and bleeding it and running as is after checking the bearings and the pads and function is the cheap way.
