66-67 Throttle linkage conversion

If I remember correctly, there was someone who was making a throttle linkage adapter that would take an automatic throttle linkage for a 66-67 and it would eliminate the switch making it like a 4 speed or manual trans throttle linkage. Does anyone have the info on who was doing that?

Thanks
Larry

Are you trying to remove the switch? You can use the same linkage, just unplug the wires that run down to the trans.

I am aware that I can just remove the wiring pig tail to the trans and run an automatic linkage with a manual trans. I ran into this item a while back and we were discussing it and I was curious if anyone remembers where or who has them. I also heard someone was making the correct piece to convert the non-tripower linkage to tripower linkage.

Just hoping someone had more info than me.

Thanks
Larry

Bell crank

I believe mike who was making the L69 3x2 conversion bracket for auto and stick throttle linkages is now making one to clone the auto linkage to a stick linkage for the 4v. Good luck. He's on ebay i think mike442 or u can look up l69 bell crank or Oldsmobile bell crank.
