'65 Cutlass exterior colors w/blue interior.
What exterior colors were available for the '65 Cutlass/442 that came with a blue interior?

All of them.

Now, only some were RECOMMENDED, but you could have ordered any available exterior color with the blue interior.

Black, White, Nocturne, Royal, Lucerne, Sterling. Listed in the assembly manual as only exterior colors available with blue interior.
