I'm starting to recondition the window parts for my 59 Holiday coupe and am wondering if I need new window rollers. The front regulators have rollers about 11/16 diameter that roll freely. They look like nylon wheels that stand out from the regulator about 1/4 inch and are riveted on. They have a lot of residual grease.

The quarter window regulators and frame have rollers also about 11/16 diameter that look like small nylon pulleys that only have about 1/32 clearance from the regulator or frame. They are also riveted on. These do not rotate at all. They have no grease and don't appear to have ever had any. Should they rotate?
