Ok guys lets see if we can help out a fellow Olds guy from Sweden. Panos is looking for a 455 for his car and has found this http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv...530042065.html is there someone local to this that can go look at this engine and talk to the seller to see if it is worth the 1K asking price. Crating and getting it to a dock side shipping location is another problen to attach Panos can arrange the shipping. Anyone?

Looks like a pretty clean engine.

 

That would probably be worth the $1000, especially if he still has all of the receipts showing it was recently rebuilt.

 

My thoughts as well, now if we can get a local Olds guy to look at it. That would be icing on the cake. I would like to help this guy out seems like a nice guy
