455 Cam Help!!!!

Hello everone

Need some help on cam choices, I plan on driving this car on the weekend, driving about 60 to 70 miles from home it dose have a/C.

This is what I know about motor!

Speed pro 30 piston, milling high volume oil pump, 7 quart pan, N crank ARP rod and head bolts, c cast heads with roller rockers (I will be replacing them with E Brooks) i think motor is a 9 to 1 hoping to get 10 to 1 with E brook heads and thinner gasket, compession is about 148, rpm performer manifold, quick fuel 750 jetted 74 main 78 secondaries, th 400 transfer with 308 posi. At idle cam in car now is pulling about 20 inches of vacuum, that seems stock to me..has dual exhaust 2.5 with flow masters to the rear bumper exhaust is very smooth idle no lump at all, car dose run srong

I was looking at comp xe284cam or xe274 i wanted to know if anyone has these cams in there 455 i would love to hear it. I'm open I know I will need a larger stall coverter..what's to large for the street? Also thing of a hyd roller?

Also let me know what's out there that would be better....looking for sound and some more get up

I've been running the XE274H for years, only pulls 10" vacuum. If I was buying today I would have Cutlassefi design and supply it..

Get a hold of Cutlassefi. He reps a few suppliers and will grind to meet your needs.
