Yes and no. 1970 442s with manual transmissions, even though not W-30, used what was called "dual ventilation" for the PCV system. They had a nipple pressed into the cast iron intake manifold. Same manifold casting number as for the automatics, but different part number, since it was drilled and nipple pressed in.
However, this was not the same 405233 cast iron manifold used on '69 Hurst/Olds, if that was your question.

Most if not all the 70-72 RWD 4-bbl manifolds have that boss, but on the vast majority, that's all it is. They generally did not get the boss drilled and fitted.
Which is a good start, because adding that boss is quite a PITA.
