The ones I listed show they are go for 65-71 Cutlass/442 and I would bet 64 as well. As you can also see the proof are in the pictures I posted of a 330 in a 67 Cutlass running these headers. This was someones race car on Realoldspower that I got the pics from because I wanted to purchase a set for my 66's 350 for when I rebuild it. But now I'm going BBO in the 66 but I'm sure I will find myself with another 64-67 Body style in the future running a SBO. :-)

For all we know all the stainless SBO headers on Ebay are probably the same coming from China. The ones he listed are made by Speedmaster and for a Trans Am as in the title and nothing in the ad saying otherwise. There are other similar laid out the same way.

(I'm not trying to sound like Johnny Cochran) They do hang about 1-1.5 inches lower than they would with a 400 engine.
Tweed, maybe what you have are Hookers. Only an Olds addict would even notice that they hang a wee bit. I can't speak for other brands but the Hookers for the '65-'67 442 DO work.
I think Kooks does offer the correct application; overkill for most street engines. The Kooks are some darn good units, but save your lunch money.
This is not my experience, I run Hooker Comps (#3902) for BBO on my 330 in my 1965 Cutlass. I did a write-up about this 6 years ago on OldsPower. I have added updated info in underlined and italic:

I used Hooker big block headers (#3902).
I removed the starter, oil filter and oil filter adapter. I did not lift the motor during installation.

The driver side pretty much sucked, they hit the top of the crossmember, lower A-arm mount, motor mount (rubber part) and stock starter. I massaged/flattened the headers in these areas with a hammer, around 1/4" clearancing was needed.
I now use a RobbMC starter and it clears the headers.
I did not have to move the brake distribution block, I just slightly bent some brake lines out of the way.

At first the passenger side did not work at all. I couldn't get the headers anywhere, they got wedged between the oil pan, lower A-arm mount and transmission bellhousing ear. After some consideration I cut 1" of the bellhousing ear (I only ever used three bolts for the dust shield anyway). Now the headers just dropped in! Didn't touch anything.
I still massaged this side around 1/8" to allow for engine twisting and suspension travel. This was around the motor mount, upper control arm and top of crossmember.

The headers do hang pretty low, I now have four inches of ground clearance. On the plus side I have no problem running a full one quart oil filter.

Sorry I read it again, they are for a Trans Am. The ones you posted I did a compatibility check for a 67 Cutlass with a 5.4 liter (330) and it said they were not compatible.

If you search the models in the ad but the description clearly says fits 65-71. As I posted these headers do fit along with pics to show them installed on a running driving car.

Im a believer Magna -- but why is there such widespread thought out there that there isnt any headers available for sbo 64-67 A body? Joe P even said so?? Im gonna advise my friend to go ahead and buy these. They are protected by ebay insurance if they are misprpresentated by the seller.

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread. Lotsa good info on CO!

Lucky to have found some "Kooks"!

This thread makes me feel even more fortunate to have found a set of the "Kooks" 64-67 SBO "A" body headers for sale right here on CO! I sent them to Nitro-Brite for their complete inside and out silver ceramic coating as soon as I got them. They have stayed beautiful all summer.

I am gathering the parts to build a 488 cu in BBO stroker motor to replace the 330 currently in my 1965 Olds Cutlass/442 "Tribute". So eventually I will be selling these "Kooks" when the time comes to do the engine swap. The 330 runs so darn good that I should probably be looking for another Olds to put this engine in, maybe I should just look for another 64-67 Cutlass and keep em!

If you do sell them put me on top of your list of buyers.

Do you now what size the primary tubes are on these headers? I've asked 10(!) different sellers on eBay (SKU: HDS-DPF-OLDS65) and no one could answer me! "Sorry - we're just retailers..." Pathetic...

They aren't even that. They are order-takers who never even see the items they are selling. The headers are drop-shipped from a warehouse.
