1969 350 torque
Question on 1969 350 torque. Why is the L74 350/310 rated at 390 ft/lbs torque while the 350/325 W31 engine is only rated at 360 ft/lbs?

I’m guessing the W-31 cam trades some low end torque for the high rpm power.
It’s more likely that Olds played some games with their power rating.
