1965 Cutlass turn signal

I have posted in the past about turn signal problems, I have corrected the problems and got all the signals and brake lights working with the exception of the right blinker not working on the dash. I hear the blinker working but not flashing. I have replaced the bulbs with numerous replacements Along with new sockets but still no blinking. Could the problem be the circuit board on the dash? And also the turn signals don’t cancel after a turn. But this might be an isolated problem in the turn signal.

If the turn signals work except for the indicator in the dash, the problem is somewhere from the splice in the dash harness to the cluster connector to the circuit board to the lamp holder to the bulb. It cannot physically be anywhere else.
The cancel problem is purely mechanical in the steering column. Tilt column turn signals work differently from non-tilt columns. Which do you have?

Thanks Joe, I’ll have to stand on my head to get under the dash to figure this one out. Those pins on the cluster become loose in time also. It’s got the tilt column, you already responded to that thread a few days ago and said the springs might be broken.
