Turn signal indicator on dash stays lit

With the headlights on, the right turn signal indicator on the dash stays lit. All exterior bulbs are lit. When I signal right turn, the dash indicator flashes, the front right flashes, front side marker does NOT flash, rear flashes.

Suggestions?

Sounds like the RF signal light has a burnt out filament. When the lights are on, is the RF lamp lit when the signal is off?

Yes. The RF is lit when the signal is off.

You might want to disconnect the front signal lamp harness from the main electrical and check the contacts for corrosion. Spray it with some Electrical contact cleaner, not carb cleaner or brake clean. I had that problem happen with my car (ironically the same side) many years ago, and it was a faulty connection at that clip in area.
