1964 F85 Hurst Olds

Hey Gang, I was on FaceBook Marketplace, and there is an 1964 F85, for sale. It is a Club Coupe, 330/ 4spd, dual snorkle air cleaner, Column mounted tach, car. It
sayes, the engine, is a 1967, issued engine. Which would appear to not be the original engine. The car has Hurst Olds emblems on the right rear deck lid, and on the lower rear
fenders behind the tires. I've never seen a Hurst Olds car like this. Were there any such cars? Thanks BJ

Hairy notwithstanding, first Hurst/Olds was 1968. So, no way a 1964 car can be a Hurst/Olds.

There's no reason someone can't put Hurst/Olds badging on a non-Hurst car. It's when people try to pass it off as legit that the problems start.

But... if it is a legit 4-SPEED car, and with a dual snorkelair cleaner, it could be a 1964 4-4-2. Look for emblems or mounting holes on front fenders and decklid, and a rear sway bar.

But I think you'll find it's a gussied-up F85 Club Coupe.

OP joined in last three days with only one post. I could be totally wrong but I have seen it more than a few times on other sites (camaro, chevelle, etc). Someone comes on and relays a fantastical story about such and such a pre-production car put away in a barn a year after it was sold new just to poke the hornets nest. Don't feed the troll.

So where is the ad or any pictures?
Obviously it isn't real but I would like to see it.
