This may seem silly but I am not sure what the factory used to hold the headlamp wiring that runs across the top underside of the radiator support over to the passenger headlights on a 1968 Cutlass S. I have ran the wiring according the the manual but the wiring is hanging down along the front top of the radiator. Does anyone know? I really don't want to tie strap it unless it is a last resort. I know later model GM's used a black plastic round hold down that opened up and you run the plastic protective shield through it and snap it back together but I do not believe the 1968 Cutlass had this. Any help is appreciated...Thanks Todd

 

Look at the Fusick on-line catalog (www.fusick.com) for part number 3728. That should solve your problem.

But in all honesty if no one is going to see that because it's covered by the upper rad plate? Why not just use a black plastic zip tie? Basically that's what the repro ones at Fusick and other vendors are, except they 'look original'. If you're doing a full blown concourse resto, go with the vendor ones.
