Wiring Up Electric Choke.. where to run it?

Hey all! Sorry if there's already a thread out there for this, I couldn't find one in searching.

There's an electric choke on the Edelbrock 1406 carb on the '67 Delta 88 that isn't hooked up. I looked at fuse block to see if I can see a spot to run that continuous 12v off of when the key is on, but to no avail.

Is there another wire I can tap into that'll give me that continuous 12v with the key on? Or is there a spot right in front of my face on the fuse block?

I'll try to get a picture up of the fuse block to see what you guys think.

Thank you in advance!

-Jake

Easy to tap into the 12 volt power wire to the wipers.

It is key operated.

Joe Padavano, has a good diagram on here with how to hook your electric choke up properly. I'm sure he will see your post and help you out. I don't know how to embed threads here so I can't really help you.

Well, if you go to the Tech Editor's Desk subforum, it's the second sticky there.

In the Reply to Thread window, there is an icon just above the text entry box with a small globe that has a couple of chain links under it: (chain links... get it? ).

Simply highlight and COPY the original URL, then go to the Reply to Thread window, type the text like "Here's the Link", highlight that text, and click on the link icon above. A small box pops up where you can paste the URL you copied earlier.

The result is this:

Here's the Link.

No need to be sorry. Just pulling your chain.
