My 1970 442 wipers will not operate. I checked voltages on center terminal (yellow) wire with key on and only received 1.4 volts DC. It should be 12 volts.

Checked the fuses and did not find any blown.

According to the service manuls on the heritage site, it could mean an open wire on terminal one. Guess I have to pull the motor and do the "off" car troubleshooting now.

Any ideas anyone?
