wiper switch wires - wiper motor wires
light blue - light blue motor
black - black motor
dark blue - dark blue washer pump

The wiper fuse powers the yellow wire - yellow power to motor and jumpered to the washer pump.
The wiper switch is grounded through the dashboard.
The wiper motor is grounded through the brass strap attached to the motor mounting foot.

There were two switches, depending on which motor you have, rectangular or round. The wires are the same but the connector orients them differently.
