I have a 69 Cutlass. I pulled the dash to take care of a few issues and found these behind the dash. I'm guessing one might be the connector for the cigar lighter and the other was attached to the back of the dash next to the cigar lighter. Any thoughts?

What you have is an ash tray light. Missing some parts. I think there is one for sale on flea bay that looks like that. I have one in my 66 Cutlass but not quite the same.
