Unused Dash Wires 69 Cutlass

I've got a few wires just hanging under the center of my dash. It seems everything is working so I wonder what their intention was. Rear view mirror or ashtray light? Help. thanks, Steve

All speculation
Yellow and purple maybe the radio.
Orange and white maybe the clock
The dangling light socket, the ashtray or glove box

Or, rather than speculate, we could just look at the wiring diagram...

The two wire connector with orange and white wires feeds the dome/courtesy lamp circuit.
The two wire connector with orange and pink wires goes to the kickdown switch on TH400 and Jetaway cars. This is unused on TH350 or manual trans cars.
I can't tell if the single wire is brown or tan.

Thanks to all. The car came with a 350 in it but someone put a 455 engine and trans in it. They didn't know the wiring for the kickdown was there and ran their own wires. I'll check to see if the other wire might go to the dash light. I'll dig into it later. At this rate I may have this car actually in time for a Fall ride. Another thing missed in the engine swap was; the driveshaft was cut down but not re-balanced, thus a vibration.
thanks,
Steve

Mystery solved. One wire was for the kick down and the other for the dash light above the radio. i had the dash out of the car and it got tucked above a duct when I put it back together.
thanks
