Power windows and Conv top...no power

Hi Guys,
Recently I was having trouble with my Conv top on my 67 Cutlass.
It would stop 2 or 3 times while going up or down.
I thought it was just the switch,as I would hit the switch again and get it up or down.
Then 2 days later I get in the car and the power windows don't work and the top is dead (I hear a click by the top switch when I press it).
I checked power to and from the fuse for the windows and it OK.
Is there a curcit breaker that controls top and windows ?
Where else can I look.

On my 62 Starfire there is a relay behind the drivers side kick panel. Hopefully, someone can share a wiring diagram for your 65.

There should be a circuit breaker for the top and windows on the driver's side of the firewall.
The power from that goes to the relay for the power windows, power for the top should always be hot and should go straight to the switch, usually those work with the key off, if not there may be some sort of relay deal but normally there isn't for the top.
Weird that something is clicking like a relay though?
The fuse in the car is for the power wire to energize the relay when the ignition is on or in the accessory position for the power windows, cruise or power antenna, it doesn't power the windows.
If the top and windows aren't working now that probably has something to do with it, may have been getting ready to go and finally gave out, could be a loose connection too.
The circuit breaker gets it's power from the junction block.

Rock Auto has them for 15 bucks.

http://www.rockauto.com/

They used them in a ton of cars, your local parts store may have one.
My local NAPA usually has that kind of stuff in stock or can get within a day or less.

That little thing on the firewall is a circuit breaker. The relay is behind the kick panel next to the emergency brake.

I could not find a relay to match the original. I bought one online for $7.00You can probably get one at Radio shack. Just match the amp rating. I think I bought 25 Amp relay.
