No instrument panel or tail lights
No instrument panel or tail lights

Did you actually replace the fuse or test it? They can be broke at the ends and still "look" okay. Happened several times to me.
You can measure across the fuse with a volt meter. 0V it is okay, 12V it is bad.

Tail light issues
Ok took your advice replaced every fuse replaced headlight switch... Now my parking light work .. Thanks.. Only issue is the no lights to Instrument panel ..the brake light on panel lights up and left side blinker light also work on panel, but nothing else. Thank for the advice at least I got the parking light working.

Look to see if you have a 4A shorty fuse for INST LPS or such. If so check it also.
I have had a rheostat on a new chinesium headlight switch to be bad just after installation, so that is another posibility.
