No instrument panel or tail lights

75 oldsmobile delta 88 , Replaced headlight switch and I have no blown fuses. Still no tail or instrument panel lights not sure where to go for here. Brakes and headlights work correctly. Any suggestion? Thanks

Did you actually replace the fuse or test it? They can be broke at the ends and still "look" okay. Happened several times to me.
You can measure across the fuse with a volt meter. 0V it is okay, 12V it is bad.

Did you try turning the dimmer rheostat on the headlight switch?

Look to see if you have a 4A shorty fuse for INST LPS or such. If so check it also.
I have had a rheostat on a new chinesium headlight switch to be bad just after installation, so that is another posibility.
