I just purchased a new engine harness for my 1970 cutlass. I got it with the HEI conversion already done. Its been a long time since i took this apart and there are a couple of wires that I dont know where they go. In the pics the double yellow and Black with the Dark Blue and yellow, the light blue and the green with the diode wired into it. Any help would be great. I do have the chassis manual but still not sure.

 

Top picture is connection for the TCS solenoid on the intake manifold that was used in 1970. Bottom pic is the wiper motor (black plugs) & washer pump wires (brown plug).

 

so being the motor is a 74 I wont need the tcs wire correct? There is also a pink and yellow wire but I am pretty sure it goes to the HEI distributor

 

Correct, if it's not there you can just roll the wire up & tuck it out of the way. That's what I did when I installed that same harness on my 70 which doesn't have the TCS on it currently.
