metal capacitors value ??

I see two metal capacitors, one on the blower motor and one on the voltage regulator.
Anyone know the values that would replace them ?

thanks

I believe there are three condensors/capacitors total. (1) IGN Coil (P/N 1935729 (2) VR (P/N 1961919) (3) Blower (P/N 409609)

Could there be five (on the steering column near to the NSS)? I can't recall....there's a chance I may have seen this one on my '71 CS. Now I have to review Section 1-1 since I'm really not in the mood to actually go look inside my car...and, w/ my luck there won't be any more information in Section 1-1 as someone probably forgot to insert that drawing.
