Issue or Anomaly?
1970 Supreme convertible. If you turn on the headlights with the ignition in the off position the power windows will work the same as if the car was running. Anyone else ever try that?

haha.schlitzguzzler had a 68 toronado that had an issue like that,if i remember the pass side power window only worked with lights on,got his pass side door ashtray puked in one day as the guy in pass eat couldn't get the window down before he hurled!

Sounds like schlitzguzzler needs a sober friend or a bigger ash tray
and you need to trace the circuit. That can't be right. Power windows are a high power circuit if I remember correctly. Good luck.
