help with wire color

Can anyone tell me what if any wire at the base of the steering column multi-wire connector has wire that is only power on with the lights on and ignition on for my stock 69 442?
At my age and lack of vision I'm having a very difficult time pinning out the wires.
Thanks in advance

If you are talking about the turn signal switch connector, there isn't one. This connector has ten wires in it. In order:

White feed from the brake light switch - if you press the brake pedal it will be hot all the time
Green output to the RH rear stop/turn filament
Yellow output to the LH rear stop/turn filament
Purple feed from the turn signal flasher - this will be hot with the key on - it will only flash if there is enough resistance in the circuit
Brown feed from the hazard flasher - this will be hot all the time - it will only flash if there is enough resistance in the circuit
Dk Blue feed to the RH front turn signal filament
Lt Blue feed to the LH front turn signal filament
Black feed to the horn relay - will be grounded if the horn button is pressed
Pink/Black feed to the key buzzer in the horn relay
Black ground to the driver door pin switch

What are you trying to power? There should be a couple circuit taps on the fuse block, labeled batt (full time powered) or ign (key on hot). Depending on how your car was optioned, you may find a orange pigtail near the right gauge pod. If your car isn’t equipped with a clock, the orange connector would have powered a clock.

I’m attempting to power a lite in an oil pressure gauge that I have just installed.
It’s a direct reading mechanical gauge that I have piggybacked on the gauge connection for my rally pack gauge set.
I want to be able to read actual pressure and I really don’t want to attempt to remove the 50 year old flex ducting under the dashboard

You can tap into any of the gray wires under the dash if you want the light to be powered by the light dimmer.

Once again, if your car doesn’t have a clock or rally pack gauge set, there will be an unused pigtail that would have gone to the bscklighting of either of those gauges. If you have those options, as someone suggested gray is dashlights. You could also get a fuse tap and connect your gauge lights to the dash lamp fuse.

My 442 has both a clock and the rally pack gauge set. The lightning works great in all gauges

Sorry guys for taking so long to update my issue.
I hurt my back again removing the front seats in order to get under my dash. As some may know from some of my previous post, I've had 4 major back surgeries with the last on 4-9-19 and healing seems to be taking forever.
I have not made any progress with getting light power to the oil pressure gauge that I have installed. So far the seats are still removed and I have not had the chance to operational check the Gauge for leaks.
With any luck, my son will be over in the next week or so and I'll get him to connect the little "F"ing wire and re-install the seats and ops check the gauge for leaks.
That's all I have to offer as far as an update to my original post
