Turn signals not working and when the ignitions in on, there's a buzzing sound
I have a 72 cutlass sup and my turn signals don't work anymore and there is a constant buzzing connected to this problem, the fuse is good and it had a new flasher. When I hit the switch the turn signal light comes on but doesn't flash. This buzzer and what ever is the cause of the buzzer is what I'm chasing. Any help would be appreciated

As RROlds says, a non-flashing signal usually means a bad bulb, which can include a corroded socket or ground, or a bulb inserted incorrectly.
Check all of your bulbs and sockets by removing them and inspecting, and check your connector plugs and grounds as well.
The buzzing sound is your key-in-ignition buzzer switch, which is broken.
Open the hood and pull the pink wire off of the horn relay to silence it.

Stop lights are working signals lights turn on but don't flash.. Changed the turn signal flasher but still not working, I beginning to think that it's in my column, with the buzzing noise and have checked all the bulbs and such.. Might have to dig into the column

There is no buzzer in the column. The only buzzer in the car is on the engine side of the firewall, as stated earlier.
As for the signals, this will sound dumb, but try another flasher. Like the one that's making the 4-ways work. The symptoms you describe are those of a bad flasher (or one rated for a different number of bulbs than you have).

I know the buzzer isn't in the column but know that cause of the buzz is from inside the column because something in there isn't touching correctly. Thanks for the advice, gonna try another flasher and go from there

Okay. I don't know of anything inside the column that could possible buzz, but I'm always glad to learn, so if you do find something, please let me know what it was.
You do know that there are two flashers, right? And that the one for the signals is on the end of a pigtail up under the left dash?

I know there's nothing in the column buzzing, but you stated earlier that it's the ignition buzzer, that's what I am
Referring to about in the column, I need to pop it open and check the connections, or touching points, yea the flasher in the use block is for the hazards and the one tucked in he dash is the turn signals,I didn't check the front two side markers cuz they turn on with the light switch and work who the hazards..
