hazard switch confusion.

so randomly the on setting for my hazard lights seems to have flipped, from when pulled out flash, to push in flash. which means that I constantly turn them on with my knee. I was wondering if there is someway to switch it.

1969 Oldsmobile cutlass non tilting steering wheel.

Get shorter legs.
That is how they
are supposed to work.
I know of no way to reverse them.

Every column-mounted GM hazard flasher switch I've seen operates by pushing in to turn on the 4-ways and pull out to turn them off- even later ones where the button is located on top of the column instead of the right side.

Not sure why yours was reversed, or why it has suddenly started functioning per design.
