Ground Wire or ?

Hello everyone , I was curious if there's an easy answer for this one ....

When I have headlights on my 72CS the front passenger bumper light under the headlight and front side marker don't light up or blink . When the headlights are off they lights in question light up but blink slow , I also noticed that when I have the headlights on the right blinker light on the instrument panel stays lit up and wont blink or turn off until I shut the lights off again . Sorry if I already asked this question before .

Check to see if you have the right bulbs installed and they are installed correctly. Your directionals and parking lights are 2 different circuits that seem to be intermingling and back feeding each other.

I replaced one of the bulbs , now it's a little bit faster of a blink but the two lights still go out when I put the headlights on . I will have to mess with it more .

Ok , I found the other hidden flasher relay under the dash and the turn signals work fine now . Unfortunately when I turn the headlights on , the right turn signal illuminates on dash board when the turn signal is in the off position , and the two right side flasher bulbs on front of car don't light up or flash . All bulbs around the entire car work properly except for these two . Do you think there's an incorrect / faulty bulb somewhere else ? How about the front bumper bulb socket ?

This is the classic bad ground at the socket problem. The dual filaments in the 1157 can't ground to chassis, so they ground through the turn signal circuit instead, which illuminates the dash light. Double check the RH socket.

check the grounds like they said and also any bulbs you may have replaced anywhere. I've seen a wrong bulb do some crazy stuff, blinkers flashing while applying brakes etc
