Ive got an 84 cutlass supreme with the 307 gas motor in it and am having gauge issues. The only gauges that work are the tach and speedo. The gas gauge or any of the others arent working. I replaced the fuel sending unit and it didnt work so i pulled the dash out and changed the fuel gauge but it still doesnt work. I also checked the printed circuit on the cluster but didnt see any breaks in the circuit. Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

 

There could be breaks in the printed circuit board which are not at all visible to the naked eye. Did you try and check for continuity with an ohm meter?

 

I got them working tonight. Turns out the nuts on the connections on the printed circuit were loose so i tightened them up and they work now. Thanks for the input though!
