First, did you check your fuses? If they are all good then it's time to use your multi-meter.
Check for 12V at your horn button, wiper switch and fan switch. If you read 12V then there is a problem with the circuit after the button/switch. If you don't have 12V then there's a problem before the button/switch.

You won't find power at the horn button. The button switches the GROUND, not the power.
To the OP:
What exactly did you hot wire to get these items to work? This is pretty basic stuff. If the accessory is working, either the power source or the switch is bad, or the wiring between them is bad. Trace it back with a test light until you find the problem.
