Electric Ladyland Experience

I installed a second hand stereo without too much difficulty. Was able to power up and play a cd. Next time I went to start car all interior lights went out and the starter did not even crank. I removed the stereo and tried again but got same result. Autozone tested battery tonight and said it was good (12.5v). Where do I start to figure this out knowing battery is good? Thanks in advance.

I left the battery out for a few hrs thinking that may drain all the charge out of car and possibly reset the ecm / pcm at the same time. Now the car is starting and running again. Next time for you audiophiles disconnect battery first and make sure the wires are correctly wired!

Refers to one of Jimmy's finest albums, and to an iconic recording studi on on 8th Street in NY, next door to the former 8th Street Theater.
