door lock assembly repairs any experience?

Well here's another fine mess I have got myself into, during the cleaning of the components of my doors of my 64 f-85 wagon the nylon shoes of the rear door striker components have crumbled apart. I am sure the 2 week soak in "purple power" cleaner did not help matters. Anybody? source for replacements? home made replacements? I don't believe the doors will close tight without the nylon shoes to take up the slack on the striker. Here are a few pictures. I checked the au-ve-co catalog no luck and google search with no luck.

I would bet that most GM cars from late 50's thru the 60's would all use that same part.....just a guess but a place to start.
