Dim Parking and turn signal light front drivers side

Want to know how to repair front driver's side dim parking and turn signal lamp. Turn signal does flash. Is it a ground issue? All other lights are working. Thanks! I have a 72 Cutlass Supreme Convertible.

I'd check the ground to the light.

thank you! Is the ground attached to it or is the light housing the ground?
