Dash wiring for 72 needed

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had the wiring diagram or if they know the colors off of the multi gauge fuel/idiot lights/etc wiring harness. I figured out the speedo one just fine, but really needing to see which are the fuel gauge ones and a couple of others. I did not see this in the assembly manual I have.

Thanks!
Wayne

Do you have a chassis service manual? The schemtic is in there. This is a scanned copy of the 1972 schematic from my CSM. Hope it works for you. Sorry it's the best I can do on a scan. You can enlarge and shrink the pic by holding your CTRL button while you roll the mouse wheel back and forth. Good luck.

Thank you Allan. I do have the body manual but did not see anything like this. I saw the electrical section but nothing like this in there. This should help me!
Thanks again!

Wayne,
These pages were not in the Fisher Body Manual, or the Assembly manual. They are direct from the Oldsmobile Chassis Service Manual. It's a completely separte book and has a lot of the information you need. These pages actually fold out.
The book looks like

Its 8 1/2 X 11 and about 2 1/2 inches thick.

You can get them reproduced or still get originals on line. Price depends on condition. I bought mine for 50.00 + shipping.

This is a book I would not be without, especially with a 72 Cutlass. Good luck with your project.

Thanks Allan. Yeah that would explain why I do not have them and I will need them. I already noticed a couple of my wires are different from the diagram above I am hoping I have the correct fuel gauge one. Thanks again for the info!
