I have a 1986 Oldsmobile Regency, and when I bought it the cigarette lighter thingys didnt work, but the reason for that was that because they were disconnected. I connected them and worked fine. Now, I don't know if it happened after this I really don't remember, but the interior lights, and door locks don't work, and every time I put a new fuse in, it blows after a while like25 mins. or so. What should I check or what? I checked all the cables in the dashboard, but they all look fine to me. Thanks in advance.

Disconnect the cigarette lighter and see if it still blows after 25 mins.

Sometimes the inner prongs of the lighter get bent from wrenching plugs in and out, causing shorts. Withthe fuse blown, you can use a pick-like tool and pull each of the socket bottom prongs out a little.
