Battery Cables

Is there somewhere a definitive answer on what is the correct style negative battery cable for a '70 455? Depending on which repop parts catalog you look it up in, you get very different answers. Super cars Unlimited (usually pretty reliable) says that the "spring ring" cable is not correct for a '70 455. Fusick and American Auto Wire ( and probably others) say it is. Would love to know which is correct?

Well, none of these aftermarket vendors are the factory and thus that isn't factory correct information. Get an assembly manual, which will tell you exactly what is and isn't correct.
