79 Ninety Eight issues. Seat, window, dome light

I just recently purchased this ride. It had been sitting in a barn for 20 years. As you would expect there are definitely some electrical issues, but not as many as if thought so I'll take the ones that I have and deal
First one, dome & door lights. The damn light will not go out. Both doors shut, switch off. I pulled fuse for now. I took apart the headlight switch, cleaned all contacts. Nothing helped there. Also I can see the lights go dimmer when I push the door button at the door jam.
Second, power seat. 60/40 split. I can feel something when I hit any direction/switch. Also it makes a clicking noise. Im getting power to the motor. Are all 3 motors seized from sitting? Is there some kind of solenoid there that's bad? I took the seat out. Cleaned all contacts. Sprayed the tracks with lube. No help.
Third, passenger window not working. I have done nothing with it. I can hear a little click when I hit the button. I'm guessing the motor???

I don't have much experience with electrical so any help in the right direction in any of these would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time
Paul

Sounds like the seat issue might be the Power Seat Coupling.
This is the plastic safety shear pin that commonly breaks. It is designed to snap if there is too much resistance on the seat track. It is designed to break instead of cracking the plastic transmission housing or straining the motor to a point where it blows the fuse. If you have hit the power seat switch & you hear the motor(s) running but it isn't going any where it is a good chance this has snapped. They are a white plastic that become fragile over the years.
I would remove the door button at the door jam, both sides, and clean and R&R. That would be my first suspect.
Pull the door panel off and check the power window switch. A continuity tester connected to the positive side of the switch will check to see if it's sending power to the motor. Since you hear a click I suspect bad motor but test the switch just in case.
