Talking 72 stereo/ clock/dash wiring

Hello,

I finally purchased a 72 cutlass convertible. i have been wanting one of these for about 15 years now and finally got one. it is an all stock minus the color and the fact that the radio was removed and trimmed to fit a the current size stereo. my first question is what are the factory radio wires? I see a large plug that has only 2 wires marked a and b on the plug. i also noticed that the clock is notworking and there are 3wires that are not connected and the plugs cut. the first is a single yellow and the other 2 are blue and black.

If anyone can tell me which is the clock wiring and where that goes to get that backin working order and then the stereo wiring to fill the whole in the dash with a new stereo.

Those are the only things that appear to be messed with in the wiring

Any help would be appreciated.

The new guy, with a new.. old olds.....

More on the car:
350/3speed on the floor
center console
rear view mirror with map light
flawless black interior and black top that needs to be replaced
almost rust free minus a little in the drivers side rear wheel well.
Chromeand trim are all there and in good shape
Factory ac car still in tact

I just emailed you the wiring diagram for a 71, which is close.

The clock not working is probably the clock itself, not the wiring.
