How do i take the horn ring off of the steering wheel? I need to figure out what my problem is with the horns. Also where could i get a set of new horns?

So, you are sure that the horn switch in the steering wheel is it right? If not, you are doing something you really don't need to do until you have made sure the horns themselves work and the wiring is good.

 

thank you, when you test the horn with battery, do you only touch the positive sides? some guy told me that earlier, but that doesnt make any sense.

 

The horns are grounded through the mounts to the body. Run a wire from the battery to the electrical connector on the horn.
