72 Cutlass electric window motor replacement

I have a '72 Cutlass convertible in need of electric window motor replacement. I read on an old post here from 2010 about a template that's used to drill three 3/4" holes in the inner door skin that makes this job infinitely easier. The template was found in a '71 Olds Service Manual. I found a '72 Olds Service Manual PDF online, but could not locate a template.

Does anyone know where I can beg, borrow, copy, buy a template?

Also, there are many window motors available for my car in a wide variety of prices. Any tips on a reputable supplier would be appreciated.

Thanks much- Jon

The info you seek is in the pages of the Fisher Body manual. Here's one for sale on eBay.

I ordered the manual on the spot- thank you so very much! I need all of the help I can get these days- between arthritis and brain fade, wrenching can be a struggle.

Once your manual arrives, the appropriate template for your A-67 (Body Style = Convertible) is located on page 6-20 DOORS, Fig. 6-28, Template 3224.
NOTE: The correct Attaching Bolts "Reference Points" for the drill holes are those identified as "II" (not "I").
