70 dash harness with the tach wire?

70 dash harness with the tach wire?
I was always told that some early 1970 cars with the rally pack had the tach wire made into the dash harness. Does anyone know where the cut off date is to when they switched to the separate wire? For the first time i seen one for myself so now i know they exist. This car is an October 69 build.
