69 delta 88 Wiring Interchange?

While I’m restoring the car, I figured Id get rid of all the old wiring and go with the new stuff. But having a hard time finding a whole harness kit. Would a 1969 cutlass wiring kit work? Or maybe if I could find a 1969 98 ? Thank you

Any reproduction wiring harness for 88/98 will be a custom job and $$$. Rhode Island Wiring Service or Lectric Limited are two that come to mind.

How bad is the wiring buggered up?

Not really that bad. Other than I need new fuse box. Just thought I should go with new **** cause these wires are 50 years old and wanting to add new radio and such. But when you say $$ you talking 1-2k or more?

The Olds full size cars are not popular to restore. There is very little available in the way of aftermarket and repro parts. Pretty much nothing from a Cutlass fits. Either fix what you have or find good used. Replacement fuse block terminals are available from Del Mar Wire.

See part number 18-90 and 18-91 on this web page.
