The total curb weight of a 64 Starfire convertible according to AMA Specifications for Passenger Car's is 4460 pounds.
The list the Front at 2474 pounds and the rear at 1986 pounds.
Unfortunately I do not have the info on a Dynamic 88 but I assume these numbers should be pretty close.

Thanks a lot. I needed to know since I may end up hauling one home. It runs but why risk driving it 3 and half hours if I can save the miles and gas by lugging it home on my truck...but its a half ton GMC Sierra so I do not want to push it. I will jump on the GMC forums and ask the experienced. Thanks a lot.

wow, thats not too heavy at all. That seems light since my fathers '67 Skylar weighs in around 3700 lbs from what I remember. Is that weight from a book??? Thanks for the help. Also my '67 Continental weighs over 5,200! Its a tank though and the convertibles weighed over 5,700! Almost 3 ton of steel...good on gas

I suspect a typo. Maybe 4396 lb. My 62 2H Starfire was at least 4200. I'd expect a 'vert to weigh a couple hun more.

Ok, I f'd that up..that 3,396 should read 3,996 and that '62 convertible Starfire is 4,334. Do you see how the '3' can look like a '9' when you got a couple drinks in you?
